Columbian Rope Company
Since 1824, the Columbian Rope Company has been a force and leader in the rope and cordage industry. In order to maintain this long run, the company has grown and changed with the marketplace through research and development, capital investment, and acquisition. In 2002, a new chapter in this history was written as the Columbian Rope Company joined the family of the Unicord Companies, a leading group of textile manufacturing concerns. By this association the Columbian Rope Company will leverage its well-respected brand of industrial, maritime, construction rope and cordage with the marketing and distribution expertise of the Unicord Companies. The result will be the same outstanding product line delivered to our customers in a timely and cost-effective manner.
